The best is to pierce the sausages and put in a warm pan with a little oil (be careful not to heat it too much so that the sausages don't burst). Fry on medium heat and then put the pan in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 25 minutes.
If this preparation is too complicated, put the sausages in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes in a little oil and turn occasionally. Just do not try to make the sausages quickly in the pan. If you want to use just the frying pan, just go slowly, medium low heat for 25 min. If you are really in a hurry or have no patience, you can also take the sausages out of the skin, make a patty and fry it as a burger:)
Ideal for breakfast with eggs and toast, or for lunch or dinner with porridge. Or try to toad in a hole!
You will awaken the child in you and the hunger in your children.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Beat 4 eggs, gradually adding 290 ml of milk and 115 g of plain flour, salt, and pepper, plus a spoonful of mustard (or a small spoonful of English mustard powder). The mix must be well whipped and then rested for 30 minutes. You may also not rest it, if you are in hurry, it may not rise that much, but will work.
Put the baking pan (the size of the classic baking pan for Czech buns) together with 3 tablespoons of lard or oil into a hot oven. As soon as the lard-oil is hot, throw six of our sausages into the baking dish (pierce them first so that the casings don't burst). Open the oven a few times and turn the baking pan around so that the sausages are turned and nicely browned on all sides. Attention: before you pour the mix, the pan needs to be completely hot and the lard should be smoking slightly. Once this is happening, put on your gloves, give your mix one last stir, open the oven, pull out the baking pan with one hand, pour all the mix into it with the other hand, then quickly close the oven, and most importantly, don't open the oven door again for another 25 minutes! Just watch your dough rise through the window. After 25 minutes, you can open the door and see if the dough is ready or if it is better to let it bake for another 10 minutes. Then just put the man on a huge plate in the middle of the table and let everyone take what they want. No need for side dishes; just mustard, ketchup, or whatever you like.
